Joe is a certified personal trainer with a true passion for fitness. He started his own fitness journey when he was in the Air Force, and hasn't stopped since. Joe was recently in a serious motorcycle accident that nearly took his life--but through fitness and the support of his gym family, he's made a full recovery... and he's ready to help you meet your goals.

Ken Thompson

Ken (AKA: Ken the Coach) is a certified personal trainer who got his start in combat sports. As a skilled boxer and martial artist, he's applied his passion for combat sports to developing his own unique training programs, combining kickboxing skills with HIIT and functional fitness techniques to provide full-body workouts with maximum results. (He's a pretty killer musician, too!)
